JAYLA’S BEAUTIQUE WILL KEEP ALL CONSUMER DATA PRIVATE AND WILL NOT SELL OR TRADE ANY INFORMATION OF ITS CONSUMERS.

 

REFUND POLICY

Jayla’s Beautique Does not accept returns. All sales are final.

 

Jayla’s Beautique only offers exchanges, no refunds. If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange ONLY after three days of receiving the item. Each order is packaged with love & care, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process. 

 

If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at Jaylasbeautique@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days.

All products are shipped USPS and take about 4-6 business days. Depending on what the customer decides at checkout and where they live. Orders are processed within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS . Once your tracking number has been sent to the provided email address Jayla’s Beautique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any LOST packages please contact USPS with your tracking number. 

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If something arrives damaged or if there is a wrong or missing item, please contact me WITHIN 72 BUSINESS HOURS OF DELIVERY

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Answer: No, we are not shipping internationally at this time. (Please note, due to Covid, shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)
  • Where do I enter promo codes?
    Promo codes can be entered at checkout.
  • How long is order processing time?
    Processing time is 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have been shipped.
  • Can I change the shipping address for my order?
    Unfortunately for security purposes, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed.
  • May I cancel my order?
    If your item have not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service email: JaylasBeautique@gmail.com with your order #. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.
